This is a very walkable neighborhood. Quiet and beautiful. Neighbors are always out walking their dogs or just getting some fresh air. We have a gully just 2 blocks away with walking trails, a park and a creek. The mountain views are amazing!! You are just 10 minutes from the mouth of either canyon and in just 20 minutes you could be skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, whatever your heart desires! There is a ski bus just a 0.9 miles away that will take you where you want to go without needing a transfer. There is a parking space for your car if you rent one. Whole foods and Dans grocery are 1.2 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from as well.
