Uber responsive host and would recommend this location to anyone looking for step to the water and yet steps to famous 5th Ave! Rooftop vibe, staff, and 360 degree views from sunrise to sunset.

We had a FABULOUS couple days here. It was the perfect location for us to explore both Tulum and Cancun. The apartment has EVERYTHING you need and we arrived to snacks, coffees and teas as well. The apartment is spacious and clean. The rooftop and the gym were absolutely incredible as well. There is nothing negative to say. If I had to say anything it's that there was no washing machine available in the building as initially anticipated and noted in the description which wasn't ideal but not the end of the world. Can't wait to come back!

Localisation et piscine parfaites. Près de la 38e, a notre avis le plus beau coin de Playa Del Carmen. Dimension du logement confortable pour une famille de 4 avec ses 2 chambres, salles de bains et balcon. Une des plus belles piscines sur le toit que nous ayons vue. Ca se voit que le propriétaire vise faire vivre une belle expérience à ses visiteurs (café, eau sur place, savon, shampoing, revitalisant, etc.). On recommande !

I cannot say enough amazing things about this host. We had a little plumbing mishap during our stay and she scrambled to fix it. She was so kind and thoughtful. The house is darling and everything you want for your México vacation. 2 great rooms and bathrooms. There is a washer/dryer in the building. You schedule your wash time with the front desk. It’s 1 load per apartment per day but that was fine for us. DeAnna also recommended her favorite local food spots. One was Tropical Taco and we ate there 3 times!! Spectacular food and a great price. This whole experience was 10/10

DeAnna’s place is beautifully set 1- block from the beach and Ocean and just a couple of blocks from 5th Ave. quiet and peaceful yet right close enough for fun , restaurants, and the famous jungle area 38th

The apartment was in a fantastic location, just steps away from 5th Avenue. The building felt very secure, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful with anything I needed. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything I could ask for. I’ll absolutely be staying at one of DeAnna’s listings again in the future!

This was my third time visiting Playa del Carmen. Out of the 3 this was the place I liked best. Host was very attentive to details, always responded. Apartment was clean & comfortable. The pool is very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
